I have found that since I am performing and lecturing so much these days (Hint! I am available for both) that a website is a good place to put all the 'stuff' (some might say 's**t') that I have lying around regarding same. In short I thought to myself 'why not dump it all on the Internet', in the hope that someone will find it interesting enough to look at.
